This hostel is amazing. It was chilled and friendly. Staff were very helpful. I loved the reception, lounge, kitchen combo set up. In the evening there were families and groups of friends playing some of the available board games, or watching TV or reheating food. It was a good atmosphere. The communal shelf in the fridge was a lovely touch. Complimentary tea and coffee and breakfast was appreciated. I would stay here again.

Dear Harbourside Team, I trust you are doing well. I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service I experienced during my recent stay at your hostel. The dedication and warmth of your staff truly made a significant impact on my journey. I was particularly touched by the fact that your team went the extra mile by waiting for me until late into the night, ensuring that I had a smooth check-in process. Their kindness and willingness to accommodate my situation made me feel truly valued as a guest. The genuine hospitality I experienced was evident throughout my stay, and I felt a strong sense of comfort and belonging. Even though I managed to miss the check-in time, your staff's understanding and helpfulness turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive and memorable experience. I want to extend my deepest thanks for creating an environment where guests are treated with such care and consideration. It's clear that your team is committed to making each guest's stay as pleasant as possible. I will undoubtedly cherish the memories I made at your hostel and will gladly recommend it to fellow travelers. Once again, thank you for going above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. I look forward to the possibility of returning in the future.

We booked a twin room and were greeted warmly and felt welcome at the property. All queries were answered and the staff made sure that we were felt safe, comfortable and welcome. Breakfast was good and over all the place was excellent value for money. It is centrally located and very close to the market and bus station. We would definitely stay at this place again.

I had a good stay in this hostel. The room was simple but clean, my bed was comfy, clean bedding. The shared bathroom was clean, with a very good shower, location great. The rules of the hostel don't let you bring food or alcohol to your room but I cannot see a problem with it. The receptionists were always available and happy to help. And of course the place is very cheap... So if you are on a budget and looking for a quiet place to stay this place will meet your requirements.

Exactly what I paid for, a safe, cheap stay in a locked 2-bed room for me and my friend. On queen's square so right next to everywhere you need for a night out in bristol city. The staff were friendly and we were let in quickly despite arriving at 2-3am. The beds were springy but soft and comfortable enough. The toilet and shower were in excellent condition.

Staff were very friendly and the location of this youth hostel in the centre of Bristol, next to the marina and the aquarium, is great! The 5 person room was good and the bunk beds were of a decent quality. The bathroom facilities in the corridor were clean. There was a restaurant, a bar and shared kitchen facilities, which had all the equipment, cutlery and crockery that you might need.
