The kind , positive attitude of the Team. The extra care taken for meal times , the variety of food at Tea time. The hot chocolate and games on the evening was a lovely touch. The garden was a peaceful place. The attention to security was reassuring. The mix of nationalities of people and families was lovely. Thanks 🙏

This is a great location, and the hostel doesn't really claim to be more than a cheap place to stay, which it is. There's nothing really special about it as far as hostels go - but it is clean, safe and not too noisy, which is all you really need! I stayed in a ladies only room, and there was a private bathroom and shower attached.

Great atmosphere; all staff are very friendly, keep the bathrooms and kitchen areas spotless and do their best to accommodate your needs. They also regularly organise evening events at cheap bars/clubs across London, so if you're solo-travelling, you'll have tons of opportunities to meet new people. Definitely, the best hostel I've ever stayed in; would 100% consider staying there the next time I'm in London!
