Giorgiou the owner of this little pension is a very kind and welcoming person. It's pension is simple and very well located in the old Rhodes in an incredible historic street. My bedroom I heard was the chapel of a monastery. The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows. There's space for 3 people but I traveled alone. The shower room is perfect and has a direct access through a door to the courtyard. Very practical instead of going through the public area.. I could use a fridge common to the few other bedrooms. No air conditioning but the fan really worked well for the night. This kind of traditional housing anyway stays comfortable even if it's very warm outside. The big plus of my experience is the nice, interesting conversation with Georgiou, and two of his clients including a history teacher. It's away from the noise and perfect for the ones traveling on budget and avoid the typical tourism industry Efcaristopoli Georgiou

Looking for a hostel?

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
