Our whole residence was really nice. The Reception was so helpful and friendly. He did everything to help us getting our baggages from the airport. Delicious breakfast and good location. Even the 14 bed dorm was really private and pleasant.

Excellent customer service skills and abilities by the receptionist Denis who has the ability just 1 person to attend to a great number of guests at this hostel, and deliver a good job and focus on each and every single customer that I find incredible! The hostel is located in the safest area in Guatemala city that is clean, close to amenities, shops, and restaurants and most importantly at a very short distance from the international airport which make it ideal if you want to catch a flight, as in my case. The hostel is very clean, beds are extremely comfortable and quiet hours are kept in this hostel which make it very easy to rest and have a good night's sleep. Hostel has a lounge and kitchen which is the cleanest I have seen in a hostel up to now. The breakfast that had been served included pancakes with syrup that have been absolutely delicious! The hostel overexceeded my expectations and will definitely be booking this again in the future. If you are looking for a comfortable , safe stay with great customer service and close to the international airport then, this hostel is highly recommended by me.

The location was great because it was close to the air port. There is a nice little bakery directly across the street. Great views. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great value.

We loved everything! The location was perfect, in the center of town. The rooms were small but very clean and the shower was the best ever. The staff was most helpful and cheerful all the time. A great place to stay in Antigua.

We had the one double private room at this hostel and it was really nice. A bit noisy due to traffic in the mornings, but quiet over night. But what made this place is the chilled atmosphere, roof terrace views and the amazing staff, they were so friendly and helpful, even helping us out to get footy tickets.
