The location is excellent, the guide for the tour is from the local community, the hostess is fantastic company, the place allows for proper wind down. You are a bit off the beaten track but not so much to make it difficult. The staff communicates excellently about this and arranges for a guide to pick you up for the 30min (easy) hike to the hostel. We extended our stay, that’s how much we liked it.

The staff all spoke English and were constantly joking around - super friendly! The property is beautiful and quiet. Rooms are private and clean. Restaurant food is good and inexpensive. Staff is very helpful with booking tours/buses.

Locacion of hotel is next to the river and so incredible. Entrance to the park of semuc chameey and cave are just few steps from the hotel. The landscape of the hotel area is amazing. Including is also pool ,huge garden area and friendly staff especially Araceli ;) Muchas gracias y asta luego!

What an amazing set up… awesome location.. such friendly staff.. great food and cocktails and access to lots of info about tours/transport in the area.. the perfect set up for travellers.. thank you so much.. your place is just the best… I am still thinking about the breakfast burrito!

we like the nature around the accomodation, river, bar with the delicious food, cocktails, pink pong table and pool table. lot of entertainment and good opportunity to meet new people. shutle and activities organisation and reservations (like the tour for Semuc Champey).. friendly stuff who pick up us at the shutle station... really special accomodation with jungle vibes.

Is was so calming at the river and in the evening even romantic. The hosts were super nice and helpful also organising the shuttle to our next place and Semuc Champey. Amazing restaurant nearby. Room was lovely and clean.
