This place had everything we needed: calm vibes, clean room, and a friendly host. The fan was enough to keep the room cool at night. Local warungs nearby made dinner easy, and we appreciated the shared kitchen to prep some snacks.

An Exceptional hostel, modern and spacious. It is in a good neighbourhood, few minutes grab drive from the train station. It was comfortable and quiet. The people that work here are sweet and kind. I highly recommend staying here, you can also book your tours here with good prices!

The staff is simply incredible. They helped us lot with our travel plans and were always extremely friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Most things are in walking distance from the accommodation. Highly recommend staying there if you are ever in Malang.

The best hostel i’ve ever stayed. Great value for the price. Perfect location, it is located at the chinatown, convenient stores around, arab street just around the corner, there is a buddhist temple 6 min walk, you can book tours there, motorbikes and cars as well. Little Malang Hostel is a brand new hostel and you can actually see it, spotless, amenities (shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer) for the shower and toilets, clean showers/toilets, there is a kitchen (breakfast is included) laundry room, a little balcony, living room (perfect for watching tv or just chilling). The beds are so comfy, and loved that every bed has 2 pillows, one soft and one harder, that’s such a great detail cause you can choose between the two of them. Gabriela, the host, is so lovely and helpful, she took me on her motorbike to a money exchanger, she gave me also a free tour to a beautiful buddhist temple, explaining me all the history of the temple and buddhism, was really interesting. Gabriela is the best host, so generous, kind and great knowledge about the story of Java, she also gave me great recommendations for good and places to go. Thanks again Gabriela, had a great time at the hostel, so sad i couldn’t stayed longer 💓

it is a super super super homey hostel in Malang, it has an interior especially in living room that reminds me of Grandpa’s or Grandma’s house and also nice design in general . basically i love all the things in public spot in this hostel beside the cozy living room they have a nice that locater on the front of super clean swimming pool , what a nice view! while staying, i met Grandpa Gun and Grandma Yun, they are just so warm to us, it’s feel like we are not just as their guest but more like their family ❤️ This hostel is super close to the convenience stores ( i think it’s only less then a minute by walk) The Arjosari bus terminal is only 10 to 11 minutes walking distance It’s is highly recommended to stay here if you visit Malang, definitely will come back here
