Very clean and nice hostel. It’s located close to the road but you don’t hear the traffic at all. The breakfast in the morning is also very delicious.

I felt very welcome and well attended by the host. Got my delicious breakfast every morning! The place is in a great location, but as it is inside you don't hear a sound of downtown. I felt very comfortable during all my stay 🤗

The staff was very nice, the bed is comfortable the AC was great, the rooms were cleaned every day. The pool with a view to the rice terrace is great, especially after a full day of exploring Ubud. 3 breakfast options to choose from +tea or coffee (pancakes, omlette, scrambled eggs my favourite was omlettes. Actually this was my first hostel stay in years so I was prepared for the worst, but actually I could get enough sleep eqch day (however that is highly dependant of your roommates, so I guess I was lucky) You can get to nearby (10km radius) rice terraces, temples, waterfalls easily with a Grab bike, or rent your own. I highly recommend it, I would definetly stay here again next time if the price remains the same.

We had the best experience! First of all the staff were sooo helpful. We were a group of 5 who wanted to sleep together so we got our room upgraded for free to a private room. The room was very good value for money and the staff were also very helpful when we needed help or things didn’t work, they came the second we asked. The pool area was also very nice but our favorite thing was the hangout area and the kitchen. We cooked our own food almost every morning and evening and on the evenings we always got invited to hangout with the staff. They offered us to eat dinner and drinking with them and we were together all night eating fruits and singing songs. This place just felt like home, something you rarely find these days. Thankyou Ubud backpacker hostel P.s please say hi to Glenn, Sven and Gösta from us!

Looking for a hostel?

Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
