The staff was really nice and helpful. It was my first time staying at a hostel and now I can't wait to go back. Besides, the people at my room were really friendly, obviously that is going to change every time, but the general atmosphere of the place really helped out on that.

Great location right in the heart of the city, with friendly and helpful staff. It has a well-equipped kitchen a spacious dining room, and a lounge as well. The dorm room had its own little bathroom which was cleaned very well each day. The beds were comfortable, and they had a lamp and a phone charging outlet (USB-C and one other) so I didn't have to buy a converter, which was amazing!

EVERYTHING!! That's the best hostel ever. Good price. super cool stuff very helpful. Girls in the reception are also turbo beautiful haha even take a look on them makes a hetero man bit more 'happy'. Clenears do the job and girls are also good looking and I've seen them happy for all the time and trying not to disturb to the guest while do the job. Community of the customers also not to complain about. Big up for the Jacobs

The privacy in the bunk. The warmth in the rooms. The pleasant and helpful staff. I felt safe and that was my biggest concern when booking a hostel stay. I like that this hostel separates rooms by sex - most don't and I think it's unethical.

The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We were both happy with the on site shower and bathroom facilities, which were also very clean. Above all else the staff were friendly and accomodating which really improves a stay for us.
