The property is very clean, huge and has great facilities. The twin room we stayed in was clean with towels and a hairdryer provided. The kitchen is very well stocked with many snacks and drinks, and breakfast was especially great with fresh croissants and scones. The host was very friendly, and accommodated to our needs such as early check in and storing of luggage. The location is generally safe in a residential area and is in close proximity to the city centre. Overall a fantastic place to stay at a great value point.

The hostel is above a bar. The rooms are small, but cozy. Ours had a bathroom in the room, good heating and a window when it got too stuffy. My bed 3 power bank did not work (forgot to mention it to the staff) But all else was good. I'd like to see towels in the bedrooms rather than having to hire them, however understand each hostel has their regulations for towels. The bar was pretty cool and the staff were mostly helpful and kind, however I'd have loved a local band/player in here...it was set up for just the thing. (Can't have everything I guess). Jack (I think was his name) was extremely helpful at check in. The bar staff were great (well 2 out of 3 were). But that is a great odd. Not everyone is there for the passion of working and giving an great experience to patrons. Also there are stairs so be prepared to take up luggage or lock downstairs for just 6 euro a day. (This was a game changer for me) . Breakfast is simple but good if you are on a budget and need something to put in your stomach. Beer prices are reasonable nearly 6 euro a pint. If you get in early there is a free walking tour which starts at 11am and meets at the town hall 10 minutes over the bridge.

I was offered better room than I booked for free. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. I couldn't expect such a high level of service for such a low price.

As soon as we arrived, everything was as it should be. Friendly staff, great location. Support already answered all my questions beforehand, as we had to make a few changes to the reservation. The breakfast was worth the price. The bar of the hostel itself should be praised the most. Every evening something happened, we met new people. We will be back!!
