I was really happy about the professionalism of the Manager Ankit who was very kind and helpful with all my requests Addionality the smile make always good impression and warm welcoming also with the cleanliness at Shalom Backpackers Hostel in Mussoorie. The rooms were spotless, and it was evident that they take hygiene seriously. The bed linens and bathrooms were exceptionally clean, which made my stay there very comfortable. It's always a relief to find such a clean and well-maintained hostel when travelling.

FirstlyThe staff behavior was extremly polite. Specially the host Alka ensured I was comfortable, followed up on my arrival time and also sent staff to help me with my luggage. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe and welcomed. Next, the property location had one of the best view. It's near mallroad road.

The staff is very humble and polite. Especially Ayaan, Shikhar and Ishpal. Very professional and considerate. Overall the stay was beautiful. Everything was exceptional - the view, rooms, food and cleanliness. Worth the visit!!

Cleanliness in the premises was very good. Location was also good everything is available within 1-2 km area. There was also a small restaurant inside the premises that provides good food at nominal charges. The one thing that I have liked the most is that property is a very quiet place and there was no disturbance. One of the best place for solo or group travelers to stay in Dehradun. The mussoorie hills are also visible from the terrace.
