The reception lady was kind, punctual, very adorable in showing the facilities in detail. I recommend it. It is very close to the metro, it has a small indoor bar but in an outdoor area. I recommend it 100000/10

I only stayed one night, but everything was very good. Friendly reception, clean and good rooms and bathrooms. Air-conditioned room, great for summer. Delicious breakfast. Great location.

La Controra is a former monastery with garden, transformed into a friendly hostel in the centre of Naples. Rooms have air conditioning.

The staff gave me ideas of what to visit upon my arrival. I arrived earlier than recommended check-in but staff encouraged that I could have arrived even earlier. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Breakfast was included and even though it was meant between certain hours on my last day I was provided breakfast earlier (as I was leaving earlier). There's even certain hostel events one can join in on.

Hostel of the Sun welcomed me with open arms and helps with everything I needed. They recommended the best places and we have such a deep discussion about Naples with Gabriella. Made friends super easily in the common room, and the brealfast was rich! The day I was checking out I woke up late but the receptionist was super cool about it bless his heart. There were three bathrooms (one for disabled!) for 14 beds. Very Good!

everything was very good. the location is very easy to find, about a 10 minute walk to the airport. It is very high up and from some places you can see the city. The bed is very comfortable. I haven't slept so well in a very long time. The location is fully equipped, they also have a kitchen where you can cook and eat, a refrigerator, a washing machine. Very clean bathrooms and properly equipped with products and a hairdryer. in each room you find air conditioning, a table, chairs and wardrobes. When I came it was very hot outside, but inside everything was so good. Everything was very clean and that made me very happy. It's my first time in a hostel and I was very surprised by how good I felt. The receptionist has very good communication skills and makes you feel very good. He is kind, always there when you need him, very responsive and fast.

I liked the personal, Gerry specially. He was waiting for me until 12 am. Later he tried to help me with the payment and so on. I showed off in the morning they late me to put my stuff and did not rechargered for that. I was in the second floor and there were 2 bathroom and 2 toilets. Sweet hall area wheres people were sitting. Towels also included to the price which made me happy. The bed sheets were so clean clean. Breakfast also was included they brought new cookies I guess every morning. And after check-in, they immediately changed all staff. The guests were so friendly there.
