The town is very walkable therefore the location suits our needs perfectly. The hostel itself was everything that is listed - beautiful rooms in industrial style, in the same yard with the Sette Santi church. It has free luggage storage and big garden. It’s very near to the stadium, so for the football supporters it’s perfect accommodation. Also, in front of the hostel there was a bus station which leads to the old town.

Staying at this hotel in Florence was a truly comfortable and pleasant experience. First of all, the location is excellent — very close to the tram stop, which made it easy to get around the city. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the room always tidy and well-prepared. The service was outstanding, with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was also a highlight — delicious, varied, and high quality. The price-to-quality ratio was absolutely fair. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would gladly stay here again in the future!

My stay at Ostelo was amazing! The people at check-in were really helpful with everything I needed, the rooms were very good and the lockers were perfect in terms of the size, very spacious. There was a free pasta night, which was amazing and a helping hand to the travel budget :D The location was central, 1/2 minutes to the train station by foot and the center (the duomo) was 5 minutes by foot! They also let keep our luggage after check-out in a room free of charge. Thank you for everything :)

The staffs were lovely! They're super friendly and helpful. Bathroom and everything else were sparkling clean. I stayed in their shared room and I got a very spacious room (not the typical bunkbed room!) and big locker (dont forget to bring your own padlock). Very nice common areas (especially the outdoor space) with free coffee and tea. But the best one is the location! Just a few steps away from the market and the church, also close to the terminal. But still very quiet in the evening. They also have 24 hrs reception.
