The hostel was really clean (they have daily cleaning services, which is a great perk!). The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly. I also really appreciated the free laundry facilities. The location was good—the 17 bus was right around the corner and takes you to the heart of Florence. I really enjoyed my stay.

The staff were friendly. My room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast has many choices. There is a supermarket about 100 m away and the team is about 500 m away. The stay was comfortable and I felt safe at this hotel. If I ever go back to Florence I will stay at this place again. It’s isn’t too far from court center the team brings you 4 stops from the train station too.

Location is so great, above the local market with the view of basilica. Walking 5 mins to Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. There is small kitchen and outdoor terrace where you can sit and eat or working with the view of Florence roof. Vending machine for drinks are available. It’s very pleasant. Staffs were friendly and helpful - guided and helped me carrying the luggage. Bed was comfy and clean but the pillow was thin that I had to ask for more and they brought to me. Storage area for keeping luggage is fine with some small lockers - bring your own key.
