Everything was nice and new. The staff was very kind and polite, from chat communication to in-person interaction. I really liked that there was bathroom and shower in the room itself and also that on each bed there were curtains (nice job by the way for reading previous reviews and improving, big PLUS ☺️). Not to forget to mention that there were available sandwiches, snacks and drinks to buy which can come in handy.

This was my 2nd trip in Milan and I alwas stay in this hostel. Exelent location - 1 stop by metro to Duomo. Clean and comfortable bed and elevatore is also very conveniant. Friendly and nice stuff. Breakfast for 5€ is also OK - coffee is really nice. I will choose this place again.
