I would like to say thank you to the amazing receptionist, Alicia. This woman went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. I was quite sick on arrival and even though I was early for check-in, she immediately prepared a room for me so I can rest. Thank you Alicia for your outstanding customer service.

I loved the common area. It's extremly well decorated and there's enough space for everyone. I've worked from the hostel and would recommend it for any digital nomads stopping by for a few days to visit Trieste. Also, I loved the music throughout the hostel, it gave such a chill and comfortable vibe. Will need to come back. ☺️
