The Enoshima island and the station for the beautiful Kamakura train is also in the same street. So you can do many daytrips. The hostel is amazingly clean and comfortable. The guest house is really cute and in a great location halfway between the train station and beach, and there is a 7Eleven next door. Right next to the train station, a 7eleven, family mart and lawsons then only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Surrounded by restaurants as well. The bed was extremely comfortable and the mattress and pillow quality was perfect, the amenities were great - free toiletries and towels to hire.
