This is every backpacker’s image of a perfect hostel, thought was put to little details, like a power converter with multiple ports and dimmable lights. The location is also great, right next to the Sengen shrine (possible to start a hike from the hostel to the Fuji summit like I did), and next to a bus stop to explore more of Yamanashi like Yamanakako lake and Oshino. The host Saori is so nice, with great hospitality and a fun person to chat with in general.

the room was spacious, we were pleasantly surprised. they even saved us with their food menu, when no restaurants in 1km diameter was open in the evening.
