This is every backpacker’s image of a perfect hostel, thought was put to little details, like a power converter with multiple ports and dimmable lights. The location is also great, right next to the Sengen shrine (possible to start a hike from the hostel to the Fuji summit like I did), and next to a bus stop to explore more of Yamanashi like Yamanakako lake and Oshino. The host Saori is so nice, with great hospitality and a fun person to chat with in general.

Very good location close to the lake! The free bikes where amazing which I used to encircle the lake on the morning for a great view in Mount Fuji! The host was very friendly and fulfilled every wish I had!
