I really liked the hostel. The capsules were wide with a lot of space. The shared are was nice and and I had no issues. Also the location is amazing, right in the downtown are next to all public transportation.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. He even let us have an earlier check in. He told us all the instructions so we knew what to do during our stay. The tiny bird origami and decorations were cute!

need to walk quite far to the shopping street but ok . i stay at 9th floor , the bathroom and toilet at 9th floor also. the hotel price not expensive. staff very friendly. 7 eleven just beside the hotel.

The staff are friendly and so helpful. Lost my passport (yes, I'm so clumsy) and the staff are so helpful to get more information from Subway stations I went to. Thank god, they found it in Sapporo station and I can't be thankful enough to the staff who helped me sort this out. Set aside, the hostel location is nearby Toho Line and my 7 nights stay at this hostel was awesome. Arigatou!

The location is right beside Hokkaido University so the neighborhood is very quiet, especially at night. The hostel also operates a popular cafe so there are options for breakfast and dinner. While there is minimal interaction with hostel staff during my stay, they did hold a seasonal party right outside during my last evening so there was that memorable moment with them at the end.

- Very clean facility. The washroom was spotless, shower was cleaned, and room was very clean - Super nice staff that was very helpful and was always down to help answer any questions - Location was amazing, right beside a station - Very quiet and peaceful, never had an issue with noise

The staff was very polite. They didn't know English even though they were trying their best to help. That was a very good thing. Beds were cozy and spacious. Security was good.
