It’s clean and quiet. Free beverages are available during certain hours after the café closes. There weren’t many people around, so I didn’t have to wait for the toilet or shower room. My partner and I booked two beds in a four-bed room. Since no one booked the other two beds, we had the room to ourselves, which was nice.

The staff were all amazing and helpful, the only place we have stayed so far where they provided a map of the area and helped us plan our days out. The house was cute and both the guests and staff were lovely, we hung out in the lounge chatting with everyone and made new friends.

Very friendly staff. They are around in the common area and are interested in a conversation. This lead to a lot of social interaction including both guests and staff. + clean place + location close to Zenko-ji temple + all in all the perfect hostel experience

The man was really nice, he helped us find the best route to snow monkey park and even help us make a schedule for the day to see multiple beautiful and interesting sites of Nagano. I really recommend this!!
