United KingdomReally clean and tidy and modern, lots of space in the room with a nice TV too, and the staff were really friendly and helpful too. Its also really nice that breakfast was included, very thoughtful! They had lots of facilites to use too

South KoreaAmazing location!!! Only 3 min walk from JR utsunomiya station. And japanese home style facilities such as floor, bathroom and shower etc. So authentic japanese classic! It s really an amazing option to the travellers who wants to experience real japanese daily home lifestyle. And the host was so supportive and informative to the guests. Very recommendable !

The host is friendly and helpful. He does his best to make you feel comfortable. My toe was cracked so I was in pain, he provided painkillers and bandages. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from train station and very close to some famous gyoza, too. Great WI-FI.
