We loved staying at The Magic Sponge. It was an oasis while travelling. We stayed longer. The beds were great. The room was clean. The extra bonus of mini-golf and pool tables kept us entertained. ( as well as the fabulous coffee) The restaurant at the hotel was fabulous. Portions were huge and well cooked. William was a great host. It was our favourite place to stay in Asia.

Great location on the river. Just out of the town which is bliss and peaceful. On site restaurant which does some great and cheap food. Three beautiful dogs as well. Staff are always ready to help whenever possible

: the staff is super nice and helpful The pool is big enough for swimming and also has a small area for small kids, it's also clean The food is tasty, there is a happy hour for cocktails, the coffee is also very good The room was spacious, well equipped and also spotless clean The common areas are well maintained and comfortable with plenty of seating areas There is a pool table is the internet is also good Yes it's a bit out side of town but for is that was not an issue at all There are scooterw and bicycles for rent Staff will help you arrange tours and bus tickets We went there because we had to wait for our visa to Vietnam but I am very happy that we got to spent those days at yellow star. We had a very pleasent stay

Amazingly clean room with comfy bed, full length mirror, AC, balcony and clean bathroom. We had such a comfortable stay here and the owner was so friendly even keeping something I left behind for me to collect at a later date. Rooftop space open in evening for drinks and food. Overall this was the most clean place we have stayed in Cambodia, we felt so comfortable. Centrally located so could walk anywhere in the town.

Amazing location and vibe where you can have a coffee in your balcony and then jump in for a swim. We took the kayaks which were free and spent the evenings at the next door bar which has a great happy hour. food at the property is also amazing. we ate there twice and it was divine and good value for money

Great location with beautiful scenery, next to the waterfall Veal Pouch that streams from Bokor mountain it’s great if you’re looking to reconnect with nature. Staff is very welcoming and helpful, the owner is attentive to his guest needs and a wonderful person to have a chat with. The location offers multiple activities, there is the waterfall, a zip line, hiking spots and relaxing locations all around the complex you are also not far from the town center. The restaurant offers western and local food options and it was good. My whole experience was a highlight itself, I felt welcomed and at home. I want to thank the staff and the owner for making this experience memorable and hope to be back soon.

The hotel is extremely well located, very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and places of interest. Staff are super friendly and helpful! The room was excellent value for money. We highly recommend this place for anybody visiting Kep!
