I liked the chill vibe of the place with a very lovely and helpful staff and I mean all of them, the bar team: Linda, Jury, Chamba and Sam that were lovely to interact with. But also Tola, thanks for the talk about your culture and music 🙏. And finally the reception team that took the pain to call Pauli (the TukTuk driver) to signal that I forgot my phone. The guests were respectful. Highly recommend if you are NOT looking for a drinking and irresponsible party hostel .

This hostel exceeded my expectations . Staff were exceptionally helpful whether on 24hr recption , cleaning staff or pool/bat all were polite and friendly. The pool on top is not very big but is lovely . Visits by 4 hornbills were a bonus. Very well run hostel. They will book buses, tours and tuc tucs for you . It is a good central location but not noisy.

The staff in the hotel was very professional and kind - I arrived earlier than the check in hour and they let me into the room without me even asking about that possibility. The room was modern and spacious. The hotel is very close to the Genocide Museum, mini markets, gym, restaurants. At the same time it was very quiet. I wish I was staying in Phnom Penh longer to enjoy Emerald Hotel!

I loved the place. In a local area that has many stores and food places. Close to S-21. Offer martial arts lessons which is so nice for a fair price. Guys that own it are really chill, nice and helpfull. Good beds and fans, slept really well!! Wished i could stay longer.
