Incredible to be able to get such good accommodation on the free airport bus terminal line. Our room had a view of the golf course and sea. It was spacious, very clean with plenty of amenities. I don't know how they can operate at such a low price.

After 8 weeks of loud hostels, uncomfortable beds, unclean places, this place was 11/10! I am so glad I found this accommodation and I was sad to only be staying 2 nights. The comfiest bed, pillows, a tv, a nice bathroom, it was perfect. If I ever return to South Korea this will absolutely be where I stay, thank you!

This place is amazing. I dont know why they call themselves Hostel, this is a proper Hotel, with daily room service, free water bottle refills, plus the added kitchen and washing/ drying machine. Plus the kindest reception staff! Cannot recommend enough!

The position: very close to two important metro line that allowed any guest to get to the main Seoul attractions within minutes. The room was nice and well furnished. The cheaper I found in a strategic position of Seoul.

A 12-minute walk from Mok-dong Subway Station (Line 5) and shopping at Mok-dong Rodeo Street, Kimstay 9 offers clean and air-conditioned rooms.

They provide breakfast! The room is so clean. Amenities is complete. Though the hotel is far from tourist destination but there's a bus stop near from hotel. I enjoy to stay in kimstay9! Thank you for the lady 😊

The hotel isn't far from the subway station and the room was a decent size with comfy bed. They also provided Toiletries and bathrobe. The staff were also friendly and helpful whenever I needed help.

The bed was the most comfortable and the cleaning staff was flawless I was so happy every time I came Back to my hotel room! The check in and check out is super easy! Love that they have next door a typical Korean restaurant specially when you arrived from a long flight and want something easy to eat but to get in the Korean cuisine! WiFi also super 👌 on point

Our first time visiting Seoul and could not have picked a better place to stay. Comfortable and good location with private bathroom and good accessibility to a lot of things such as hairdryer, washing machine and microwave. staff could speak lots of languages so we didn't have any communication problemsLandlord was amazing. He was so kind and welcoming. He went way above and beyond with anything we needed help with. We will be going back and will be staying at the dreaming Hostel again!Thank you Highly recommend.
