I really enjoyed my stay. The owner and the staff are very nice and helpful. The owner organizes trips to the surrounding sights at fair prices. The food is delicious. There are very good storage and locking options for valuables and backpacks in the room. You can also use the pool from the hotel.

The place is very simple and beautiful. Malshi and his family are really lovely. If you want some peace and quiet away from the noise of the city, this is the place for you.

Greta and I had an amazing stay at Jungle Host hostel. Diwa and chuti were welcoming and super fun. They brought us everywhere and let us experience a lot of typical Sri Lankan culture, like the liquer, food, games, religion, culture etc. From the moment we arrived, we got immediately invited to join the trip to the secret waterfalls and many other activities in the following days. We won’t spoil yet, book your stay here if you want to discover more! We will definitely come back :) Ps. Also a great hostel if you wanna have nice travel pictures, because Diwa is a great photographer;)

I ended up here after a really bad experience at one of the other hostels in Sigiriya. The staff were simply awesome. I arrived early and they made an extra efford to prepare the room for me, they helped me with finally obtaining the right converter, the bed I would take home if it was possible and the breakfast was great. Only check twice if the breakfast is still included in the price of the room. When I was there it wasn't. But it's still available at a very good price and it is delicious. All in all, I deeply recommend the place. And did I mention that the location is simply fabolous? And there are several good restaurants in the vicinity.

This hostel have a really good vibes. I really enjoy be here. Khosta, the manager reccomend me a lot of places to visit and he give a lot of information about the places, also they give me coffee and we spend the time with good music and talks. Kani is the most wonderful host, I have met in Sri Lanka so far. His attitude towards people is genuine and friendly. He made me feel more like the part of the group rather just a tourist which I appreciate a lot as a solo female traveller. And helped me with some advice on my future travels on local buses. Very grateful, thank you. The hostel is cosy and clean with the amazing location. Would highly reccomend.

Honestly one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at during my time in Sri Lanka. The place is clean and comfortable, breakfast was always delicious, and the one dinner I had there turned out to be the best meal of my trip — tasty, generous, and great quality. What really made it special was the people. Maliya was so kind and helpful, always there if I needed anything. He even took me to a beautiful sunset spot nearby and walked me to the bus stop when I checked out. Those small gestures really meant a lot and made the stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this place!
