That was a very nice stay, the hosts were caring and nice. Very recommended to stay. It’s closer to a Dhamma Kuta vipassana center, so for me it was comfortable to stay before meditation

That was a fantastic stay in Barefoot Inn. We had everything we needed, comfortable beds, clean bathroom and a very tasty Sri Lankan breakfast served by Jeewani, the owner, who is a very friendly, attentive and a supportive host.

My stay at Diamond Shine Hostel was an absolutely wonderful experience. What I liked most about this property was the exceptional hospitality and boundless cooperation I received from the owners. They made me feel truly welcome, even offering tea and coffee, which was a lovely gesture. A situation arose where I forgot my power bank in a taxi, and they went above and beyond to help me contact the taxi driver and retrieve it. They even took me in their own car to assist with this matter. Mr. Mahesh was incredibly respectful and kind, as were his daughter and wife. Their entire family made me feel right at home, and I received nothing but kindness and wonderful treatment from them. In short: A fantastic place with incredibly hospitable staff and family, always ready to help with respect and kindness, and thoughtful touches like offering tea and coffee. I highly recommend this place!

We really liked our stay in Wagi Villa. The owner helped us with everything and did all things possible for us. For example, my friend was a little bit sick and he called his own doctor for advice. Also the dinners were really tasty. We felt like home and recommend this place 100%.

First of all, the staff is very friendly and helpful, they are always to help you as much as possible. Breakfast is awesome and the portions were even too much for us. Rooms are clean and spacious and everything is really affordable. I highly recommend this stay!

Hotel-grade clean! Very comfortable, good temperature for sleeping. Nice to be somewhere modern during the heavy rain. Great value. Staff are super nice and knowledgeable and gave me great recs for food and activities. Loved the roof terrace - 4th floor views over the city. Amazing location next to the station in the centre of town but quiet because I was on the third floor.
