The mother prepares delicious meals in her cozy restaurant, and the father took us on one of the most beautiful tours we’ve ever done – full of stunning views and authentic local experiences. Everything here is filled with heart and soul. Their warmth and genuine hospitality turned our stay into something truly special. It’s rare to find such a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. If you’re looking for a place with personality, comfort, and unforgettable people – this is it. Highly recommended from the bottom of my heart!

I spent 2 nights at Elegant elephant and i really enjoyed the place. It's quite, surrounded by nature and the view of the rock from the room is really nice in the morning. The whole place is clean and well maintained. Beds in the room are really comfortable, one of the most comfortable beds in Sri Lanka for me. Owners are also very friendly people, willing to make your stay as good as possible. The food they made for me was absolutely delicious and in big portions. Also, I appreciated the place has WiFi. I recommend this place !

Everything was perfect! It was such a wonderful place to start our trip. The food was absolutely delicious, and the rooms were super comfortable. The bar was such a cozy and fun spot to hang out, and the staff were incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. The cooking class is also an absolute must-do and highly recommended. I spent 4 nights here! The treehouse was very clean and the beds were extremely comfy. Great location! The hosts Maliya and Shan were absolutely excellent and the food was superb. Opt in for the evening meals as they are some of best bits of food I’ve had in Sri Lanka!

The common area is very well put together, gives homie-vibes and it's very prone to meet other travelers in the hostel. The staff of the hostel, also, promote a good integration for everybody, organizing certain activities in group that everyone can participate in, like going to the lake, watching sunset in a secret place or doing BBQ Best hostel for backpackers and solo travelers no doubt Ah, and the food is amazing. Excellent really
