The owner and his family were very kind and treated us like family. When he went shopping, he asked us if we needed anything and bought it for us. In the evening he offered us beer and gave us the opportunity to sit in the garden. They made us a delicious breakfast. Spacious and very clean room that smelled nice. Thank you very much for stay

The host and location were fantastic, situated right by the entrance to Medaketiya Beach with safe swimming area and close to the stunning Mangrove Beach and national parks. The service was unexpectedly excellent, and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options for the price. Best lassi in this area.

It's a very nice and cosy hostel, 6 minutes from hirikiteya beach. The location is really good, because it is not in the busy area but at the same time it is not far from the centre/busy area. Right next to the hostel, you have a great place to have breakfast/lunch or dinner for a fair price (cheap, I would say). About the accommodation, the place is really clean and with a nice kitchen!

Such a nice place to stay! The rooms and facilities are very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. Great value for the price. The location is also ideal – close to the main road and only a short walk (600m) to Hiriketiya Beach.

Amazing hostel with great location, I returned here after staying there for 7 days for one more night. The owners and staff were the sweetest and always there to help. I was staying in the dorm which was clean and cozy, the breakfast included was great! Could recommend :)

The hostel is beautiful, very clean and beds are comfortable. There is a common kitchen well equipped with the fridge and water filter. Good WiFi and big table in the common area makes the hostel very good for work as well. The hostel is is very nice location, 5min walking from the beach, in the quiet and green area. Azra is great host, he will help you with everything and recommend best places to go! He will also play pool with you and let you win :) We spend there amazing time, full of fun and talks. Highly recommend for everyone who is looking for a social place with nice atmosphere or a place for digital nomading

We LOVED hiricurry - we actually stayed there for a total of 11 nights as we fell in love with Hiriketiya and didn't want to leave! the staff were so accommodating for us. The breakfast was also delicious! And we couldn't have picked a better location, only a 5-10 min walk to the beach, so we could surf everyday! Thank you so much for having us!
