The Monk's Bunk is a true treasure in Kaunas. Quirky, thoughtful touches, interesting kind people - staff and guests alike. I felt right away like at home, enjoyed the great bike selection and gorgeous routes and returned more than once during my stay. Waking up so central is a treat when you have limited time in Kaunas. Could not recommend more!

The Hostel is very close to the central bus station and the train station, which is good for those who are traveling. Very comfortable, with large rooms and very clean. Good security and the staff is super helpful. The bathrooms were clean and smelling good. The common area is very pleasant.

A good place to sleep overnight to split up a long car journey. Easy to get inside with door codes. The shower was hot and everything was clean. Location is great and parking is available outside ( free after 2000 in the evening).

I was pleasently suprised. I was reading some negative comments, so I didn't expect much, but to my surprise, the rooms were big enough and clean. The lady at the reception was very welcoming and even though she didn't speak much English we communicated without any problem. On the second night we were the only guests in the hotel and they still made us an excellent breakfast. It's a 10 from me. :)

Could not have been better Exceeded my expectations on every level Awesome location right in the heart of everything, w’ a caring helpful host whose interesting & informative conversations & suggestions made my stay a truly joyful & memorable one! Everything was correct & clean. Quiet 2 bed Spacious room w’ balcony! Comfy bed & pillow. I slept like a baby. Tues-Friday 3 day stay Host said I had 3 girls in the next room to share the bathroom with - but I never ever heard anyone! Im Extremely happy with the quietness & private room experience. My own Dining table, Microwave, Fridge, Dishes, Tea Kettle, Toaster in my room (perfect for bfast making & heating up/ nuking meals if desired) Luxury rain showerhead as well as handheld with a blow dryer! For an older building they offer Unbelievable quality for such a low price! If they weren’t fully booked, I would have stayed longer as I was so happy that I didn’t want to leave after 3 nites. Definitely my new Kaunas home away from home Thankyou Aurimus for everything ✨🙏✨ Im so grateful🌸

The location was fantastic! I saw the cathedral from my window! The room is spacious, light, comfortable, and "feeling at home." The instructions on self-check in were clear and precise. I will definitely recommend it!

The hotel is situated in 2 steps from the bus station, and in 3 steps from railway station. It was very important for me. Rooms (I visited this hotel 2 times) were clean end well equipted.
