Afer is still a very good guest house. I have been there two years ago and I came back for two weeks. The staff is the same and you can ask them everything, you can be sure they will answer well. They have very good surf lessons.

The owner is a very good communicator, very nice and welcoming! The atmosphere is impeccable, everything you might be looking for is there (calm, good vibes, laughter, tasty Moroccan food, community games, pets ...) Imesouane is a small village so it's very easy to get to the beach, surf shops, fish market and restaurants from the hostel. I highly recommend the place and a BIG Thank you to Imane and Rachid for their kindness and for making me feel very comfortable.

Everything was perfect, place is brand new, clean, owners are very friendly, there is amazing chilling area on the rooftop. Each floor has kitchen that is well equipped. Totally recommend this place

Really enjoyed my stay here! Great location, super friendly staff, and everything felt new, clean, and comfortable. The rooftop is perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, or reading. There’s even a small mart right next door that stays open late, which is really convenient. The owner was so kind and even lent me a towel when I didn’t have one (just a note to future guests: bring your own, as towels aren’t provided). The hostel also has two kitchens, one downstairs and one on the rooftop which is great if you like to cook. I stayed in the female dorm and it was cosy, clean, and very comfortable. They organise lots of events, like dinners and yoga, providing the opportunity to connect with locals and travellers. Very chill positive vibes.

Hassan was a really great host, didn’t speak any English and we didn’t speak any French but didn’t matter at all! Had tea and played dominos together most nights!! His cooking was amazing as well. Is clean and in a great location, easy walking distance to surf spots and shops nearby. Highly recommend.

The location was good, it's pretty close to the beach. Said the host is a good person and was welcoming. Over the all the quality-price is pretty good. I would recommend it for someone with a low budget that wants a calm and secure place to sleep while taking the advantage of the other activities like surfing

A peaceful and quiet place, perfect for relaxation and unwinding after surfing. The room is spacious, and the apartment is clean. Kind people. The restaurant’s cook is a generous person. He prepared delicious Moroccan dishes and shared helpful information and fascinating stories with us.
