The owner was extremely hospitable and attentive to our every need, very hardworking!! Location is rather easy to spot, but as you enter the medina, trust yourself and follow the maps; if someone offers to help you to take here, they are trying to get money from you. Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was delicious, the other guests were very chill people, the space is nice. Everything, it's my first time in travelling by myself and I was a bit scared that I wouldn't like but honestly hard to top the experience, super welcoming people and staff, amazing vibe, if you need anything they help you out without an ounce of doubt. Food was great, conversations on the rooftop with the other guests,.... 10/10 and definitely recommend to stay with these guys

Staff (Fatima & Abdullah) were really friendly and were eager to help you whenever they could (they arranged a good guide for me to visit the medina and also arranged a night taxi to take me back to the airport). Property is very nice and safe (gated with a night guard) so you really feel at ease. Breakfast was also very good (and traditional)

    All the employees were exceptionally kind to me, they were there anytime for whatever I needed. They really cared about me and my stay. I'm wholeheartedly thankful for them. The breakfast was delicious and more than enough to have energy for the whole day. The hostel location was good to me, not far away from the medina and the neigborhood was quiet. I recommend Youth Hostel to everyone who travels to Fez :)
