Karim was incredibly useful, also gave lots of tips so u don't get scammed. I had to cancel my trip to the desert and he had managed to retrieve most of my money that wasn't easy! I would highly recommend this place especially to those who come to Morocco for the first time 👌I also recommend doing henna with the girl working there :))) the hostel has a really nice view from the rooftop! Good place to chill during the sunset. Its really located in a fantastic way. It's at the beginning of the food market and couple minutes walk from the plaza near the Medina gate. It's close to the petite taxies that can take u to the airport or bus station. There is bank and sim card place also very close. Perfect 👍👍

This is a great place to stay in Fez, the hosts are very friendly, open minded and will help you with anything, even cooking chicken tagine from scratch, they will make your stay very easy. This was the second time staying in Funky Fes and I just can recommend it to anyone who is passing some days in Fes, being traveling alone or with friends. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help with anything you might need, very affordable price and a very cozy hostel with everything you might need during your stay.

The owner was extremely hospitable and attentive to our every need, very hardworking!! Location is rather easy to spot, but as you enter the medina, trust yourself and follow the maps; if someone offers to help you to take here, they are trying to get money from you. It was just outside of Medina, so the location was great, very close to center. The room was clean and comfy and the staff were nice too. Extra point that you can park free just in front of the hotel. Breakfast was tasty too.
