We booked the room with a private bathroom. The room itself is large and has an attached large terrasse with a very nice mountain view. The property is very quiet and located on the river - you can hear the river from the terrasse and reach it from the property. The view of the night sky from the terrasse was amazing! It is possible to walk to the Gorges following the river (2 km), although we preferred to drive and hike there. The hosts are VERY friendly and helpful, with excellent English (which is very rare to find in French-speaking Morocco). They have various tips and recommendations, including hiking directly from the property. Very good value, highly recommended!

Hike and chill is probably the best hostel we stayed in Morocco. Situated in Old Medina it has a lot of charm and beauty. The tarrace has an amazing view of the area and the surrounding mountains. Super clean. The host Jamal is genuinely helpful and open to help and support in any way needed. The cat is great and he dds to the charm of the tarrace :) Also the brekfast is delicious

Very autentic place at 2 min from todra gorges. The price is fair for what you get, the included breakfast is aboundant and delicious. There is also the possibility to have a traditional dinner. Definitely take some time to drink a tea with the host, who is a great and interesting person, he will advise you the best to enjoy the area. In the basement of the hostel he runs his family business producing whool clothes and carpets. Definitely one of the best stops of the trip. Strongly raccommanded

Charming place in Berberland The auberge: nice berberstyled house, even managed by a berber. The service: warm welcome, kind service 24/7, lovely prepered breakfast, meals and whiskey maroccaine. Laundryservice on demand. Warm shower, heated space for dining and chilling. Jawad, the berber, knows literally everything about the area and answer all questions. The best for me: the talkative cute cat of the house. The place: lovely village with two old kashbas and green fields. Good point to start outings and daytours to places like Todra, Dades, Agoudal or even Imilchil. Gladly come back, inchallah! Bismallah!

Great little place to stay north of the gorge. The staff were very hospitable! Only one of us ate the dinner, but it was very good with good portion size! The pool should be wonderful, but we waited too late in the day to swim and by 7PM, the water was already a bit chilly. We went anyways!! Very much recommended!
