The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is located close to the Zocalo and the markets about 3-5minutes walking. There's a little coffee and tea/ water station which is quite thoughtful.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, large room, hot showers in shared bathroom which was always clean, safety was excellent, “location, location, location” a few blocks to everything! Excellent coffee, free, most of the day/evening. Roof top and side terraces were wonderful and great city views.

Location is great, staff super friendly, nice rooftop and breakfast. Extra points for female room (is always good when travelling solo). I would go back and recommend it!

The location is great and the staff is really helpfull! It’s located withing walking distance to all the sights in the city and the atmosphere is very open and welcome. They also have extra blankets since it is a bit colder in this area :)

Amazing place, it is designed so well as it has perfect amount of common areas which are good to relax in,the kitchen is very spacious and the bar is very cool and cheap. The rooms are also huge and very private with a curtain pull around,your own charging units,shelving and a light. The best thing about this place is the amazing staff specifically Thierry, Christopher and Pedro, lovely people who made the trip.
