I had a lovely stay here! The rooms and facilities were all so clean and cleaned by the amazing staff throughout the day, everyday! The rooms were very comfortable and the beds comfortable enough. The price for this stay was also a big positive! The location was great too! 3 minute walk to the zocalo! Would highly recommend this place for any and all travellers!

Everything is real and everything there is clean, the staff is also good. Well, there was breakfast, but I didn’t try it because I was sleeping, the best location is nearby, absolutely everything has a store, a bar, restaurants and all categories, what can I say, everything is honestly written there.

Maka is a social youth hostel where I got in contact with cultures from here and all over the world. Included in the price is a delicious breakfast that you don't even have to prepare yourself. There's activities every single day that keep you busy. There's three different places upstairs to chill, connect and relax, with one of them being a bar that serves great drinks for a good price. The rooms themselves are large enough and every person gets their own locker. There's not a lot of natural light downstairs, which is perfect because it actually gets dark at night. The toilets and showers are clean, and there's hot water with good pressure, so you actually CAN take shorter showers. And, above all, the staff is always smiling, beautiful!

One of the best hosts I have encountered - Moises was very friendly and attentive, he provided all the information I needed, showed guests around the city - excellent hospitality! With the information given, I was able to visit Monte Alban and El Tule (the tree) by myself. It’s a non party hostel and located a bit out of the centre, that’s why I liked it even more. Hot showers, equipped kitchen, clean and safe. Definitely recommended!
