Really social hostel, great tour options available at desk, very helpfull personnel. My friend and I slept in a 4 person dorm which was spacious, bunk beds have curtains and we're comfortable, only made a bit of noise whil turning around in bed. Would definitely recommend this hostel!

Everything. A fantastic place to stay. Very clean, excellent facilities and in a great location. Breakfast was included and we also got to share some meals with the owners and staff. We had an excellent time staying here and would highly recommend Orchid Haven.

Staff were super friendly and helpful! Booked our tour through them, and everything was easy and simple. The room was clean and communal areas were kept to a high standard. The location was perfect for walking distance to shops/restaurants and the bus station.

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel during my last three-month holiday. The rooms were simple yet clean and well-designed, providing a comfortable retreat. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The location was perfect, situated conveniently in town. I particularly enjoyed the communal seating area, where I could relax and take advantage of the free tea-making facilities. The hostel also offers excellent tours of the tea plantations and mossy forest, which were a highlight of my trip. Highly recommended!
