The room was clean, breakfast is included, and it is in a good location. I felt welcomed when I arrived. The bathrooms are cleaned every day. There are many restaurants to choose from. They offer assistance with booking tours. The hostel provides different activities. My favourite was the hike to visit the Peace Pagoda. All of my questions were answered.

As a traveler, I have visited 24 countries and stayed in hundreds of hostels, but I had a great time here! I came to stay for 1 week and stayed for 3 weeks. And during this time, I met wonderful people. The rooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean, the staff is very kind and helpful. The terrace has a wonderful view and travelers sit around the fire in the evenings and chat! Special thanks to Arjun and Bips from the staff. You will feel like family here. I highly recommend this Hostel to all travelers! Hope to see you one day!

Amazing stay! The location of this hostel is perfect, close to everything and super convenient. The place was really clean, which I appreciated a lot. I had a wonderful stay at Good Day Backpacker. The owners are absolutely lovely, and so are their daughters. I was offered some delicious tea several times, which I really appreciated. My room was simple but had everything I needed. It was located upstairs, with access to a shared balcony that had a table, perfect for working online while being surrounded by nature. It was peaceful and quiet, just the way I like it. The location is also ideal: only a 15-minute walk from Lakeside, but far enough to feel like you’re in the countryside. It was just perfect for me. The owners are also working on opening a café, so soon you’ll be able to enjoy breakfast and coffee there — such a great idea! :)
