The place was very chic and modern. lot of friendly faces and cool vibes. the staff were helpful and there were plenty of amenities like a large kitchen, laundry, cafe and close to the auckland downtown.

Location was great, relatively close to several bus stops and walkable to a lot of places of interest. Check-in was easy and you can leave luggage for free. Room was much bigger than I expected so was pleasantly surprised about that.

The staff there awesome!! Special for James and Anne :) Both of them always nice to all the people and very helpful. I lost my bear in the room when I checked out and they keep the bear for 2 weeks for me! I really love the people there and I meet a lots friends. :) Here I will highly recommend if you're looking for a backpacker to knowing people.
