Awesome super friendly vibe, very nice owners that will help you plan your activities. For a hostel in a small village the room is very high-end, comfortable beds your own socket & all. Good showers, even though dorm was with a lot of people it is built in a way that doesn't feel crowded.

Situated on the edge of the Abel Tasman National Park The Barn Cabins & Camp offers guests shared accommodation in a natural bush setting. Socialise by the BBQ or over a game of billiards.

This hostel was better than I expected. It is not really a party place as some comments I have read suggested. I liked the kitchen and the outside area and that there was enough space in the room for everyone's luggage.

Queen bed in a room. Four bathrooms meant one was always free. Two kitchens. Tonnes of outdoor seating/table space. Super short walk to supermarket, liquor store and the pub at the end of the street. Right in town near outskirts - short walk to anywhere. Close to many natural attractions - can walk to some if keen.

Situated in Marahau, Kanuka Ridge Lodge is a short drive to the beach, the cafes, restaurants and the start of the Abel Tasman National Park. Free unlimited WiFi and private parking.
