it is THE best hostel in the world, for real. Everything was like in the pictures and even better. the staff is super nice and welcoming. The facilities are so pretty that at some point you doubt that it is a hostel - it could be a hotel! Everything was so clean, the staff does cleaning more than once a day in public areas. Showers and toilets are the prettiest ever. And that is one of the few hostels in this country that offers basic things for cooking for backpackers - there was coffee, tea, sugar etc, cooking oil and even milk (also dairy free) for communal use. Other hostels should learn from The Marion how to do a proper hostel!

We were here for a week and it was affordable and quiet. Bathrooms were clean. Basically like a hostel but you have a hotel room. Parking was difficult but not the hotels fault. The bar on the first floor was great for the quiz night, didn’t hear any noises from the bar later at night.

The staff was excellent! She helped me out personally with a heater situation. Good location in downtown. Room was comfortable with a private bathroom and had tea and coffee available.

Prime location and so easy to find. The view from our window was stunning- looking out towards the water. The place was very clean and staff welcoming and friendly.
