Great neighborhood, chill vibe, clean and very hospitable. Connected to a restaurant and they had a cool movie night after it closed. Happy hour on beers and also close to nightlife!!

Everything! I'm not sure why this place is receiving such luke warm reviews. It's a really nice hostel, the staff is really helpful, it's super clean, the rooms are very quiet and comfortable , the bathrooms are really nice, big and plenty, huge well stocked kitchen, and the fastest laundry service I've seen in a while. The pool is really nice and in general it has a really nice chill laid-back vibe and is in a super nice neighbourhood. It's actually a lot nicer looking than the pictures. I slept like a baby over here. Possibly the most undisturbed sleep that I've had in a full dorm room in 4 months of travelling. That itself makes this a full 10 for me. I also lucked out with having only super nice and sociable guests there during my stay. Also, best hostel coffee to boot. I honestly would've extended for a couple of days if I didn't have a flight pre booked.

The attention (customer service) and kindness from the staff and owner was superb. The location is excellent. The check-in system is very good and user friendly. I loved that guests can have late check-in times, and I loved that check-out is at 1p.m. The bathroom was very clean and had very good water pressure and toiletries. The room was small but very comfortable. It did not have AC, but I was provided with a big fan. Loved it. Did not miss the AC at all. Very strong Wifi. Lots of space and drawers to put away things. Convenience store right across the street.

This was my fourth stay at this hotel. Hotel has hot water unlike many in Central America. Beds were comfortable. WII was decent in room. There is a shared balcony on each floor with a couple plastic chairs. The employees are great. They have always been very helpful. One of the receptioist has decent English language skills. Her English has improved since my first stay. If you turn left as you exit hotel, there is a minimart just past the first cross street. Or turn right at this same cross street (after turning left as you departed hotel) and follow this street. You will arrive at Via Espana near several (maybe 10) different restaurants. Or, turn left at this same cross street, and you are only 1 short block from Via Argentina.
