This is, by far, the cleanest hostel I have ever seen - everything is tidy and spotless. They don't have a reception, you do need to check yourself in beforehand, so be mindful of your messages in the app. The location couldn't be better, right in the middle of the old city and really close to many of the must-sees in Braga, with plenty of options to eat (and drink!) nearby as well. Just a hint, even though their price might be similar to other hostels, they do provide free and clean towels - two of them, actually, a bath towel and a face towel as well -, which is great if you like to pack light. And even without being in the property, you can call them at any time and they will help you right away (a big shout out to Stella, so friendly and helpful when I arrive at the property without having seen her messages).

From the moment I arrived to Casa Augusta 6, the welcoming and attentive service was apparent. The staff truly went the extra mile to make sure my visit was both comfortable and enjoyable, making me feel completely at ease. The property was spotlessly clean. My room was not only lovely but also meticulously maintained, which significantly enriched my overall experience. It provided a peaceful and cozy retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day spent exploring the city. A standout feature of my stay was having access to the well-appointed kitchen. It was fantastic to have the option to prepare my own meals and savor them in such a delightful setting. The kitchen was well-equipped, ensuring I had everything I needed to feel right at home. Additionally, Casa Augusta 6 boasts a prime location in the center of Braga. I appreciated being just a short walk away from numerous attractions, restaurants, and shops. This convenient location allowed me to fully engage with the local culture. In summary, my experience at Casa Augusta 6 was truly enjoyable. With its outstanding service, cleanliness, comfort, and excellent location, I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Braga. I can't wait to return in the future!

We had a great stay of two nights at Sweet Home Braga. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is very spacious and clean and the kitchen is well-equipped. We cooked our own meals during our stay. Early check-out is no problem.

Outstanding experience! From the moment of arrival I felt really welcome and looked after. The family owning this place is amazing, super friendly & always happy. I feel really grateful for the atmosphere, hospitality & really moved by their kindness.🙏 Good hearted people make their dreams reality. The hostel itself is really specious! Massive kitchen, big and cosy sitting room, great for chill & meditation. Room is huge, nice 'sweet' space between the beds, let's be real quite rare in hostels... Each bunk got their own wardrobe, supper handy on top bed as you can leave your belongings on top. Beds are nice and comfy, good night sleep guaranteed! The place is just kicking off, so there is a bit of construction around, I'm looking forward to seeing the place finished off! The location is excellent in the center of Braga. What else can I say, it's a hidden gem! If you are around, don't hesitate to book in here if there is availability! Big thanks to the owners, you are amazing!🙏

Great central location and amazing view from the room overlooking the gardens. The staff were very accommodating and allowed us a late checkout when my partner was feeling unwell.
