Very attentive and accommodating host. I was worried about my early morning flight and when I walked out of my room at 04:15 in the morning he was standing there waiting for me. The location is 10 minutes from the town with supermarket cafes restaurants from the oceanfront. There are also numerous komoot hikes in the area. The bedroom bathroom and kitchen were exceptionally clean and comfortable.

One of the best hostels I've ever been to!! I highly recommend it if you are planning to visit maideira on your own. Highly recommend staying here. We stayed in a private room and it was beautiful, clean and spacious and also, very quiet at night so we slept peacefully! Great, central location on a quiet street. Also the breakfast was incredible. The best we had in Madeira and one of the best we've had anywhere!! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Madeira! The staff were super friendly and helpful too. Thanks Jaca Hostel team for taking such good care of us!
