SerbiaWe spent 2 nights here, celebrating unforgettable New Year's Eve ("Revelion!") in Timisoara. The owner is the most polite man we have ever met so far, and I'll quote my friend by saying that we have felt more at home than in our own houses, totally secure and welcome from the very first minute.
Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and even had a toast with the owner (awesome romanian "cujka" or slivovitz). The owner is a man of culture, and my friend - being a huge Alfa Romeo fan - had a wonderful chat with him, sharing their experience and bonding further. Every morning started with amazing coffee and croissants, which were on the house and made our stay even more complete. This is by far the most welcoming experience we have ever had, and we definitely plan on coming back. Thank you for having us!

The courtyard is as pretty as it looks and the hostel is perfectly placed, metres from the Museum of the Revolution, the other museums and the cafes, restaurants and bars in the beautiful historic centre.
