The location was great, at walking distance from the bus station (we arrived by bus), the beach, bars and restaurants. The room and other facilities were clean, it was quiet at night and the staff very friendly. Unfortunately, we missed the breafast, because we had to leave early the next morning. I will definitely keep this hostel in mind for the future and will recommend it to friends and family.

staff guy Janus was very kind. i was the only guest in this hostel (1 night stay) and he helped me with everything. Fo instance with the ways of how to get to Ljubljana, advising bus schedules ;) thanks to him I found convenient and cheap way of transfering — hitchhiking with PREVOZ app ;)) He let me check in much more earlier and check out later and kept my stuff for as many hours as I needed, while I was walking around. I was also pleasantly surprised that he organized a full buffet for me alone in the morning! Location is wonderful — in a middle of Portorož, in front of the bus stop, close to the sea. Value for money.

Located in the historic part of Piran just 300 metres from the central Tartini Square, Hostel Pirano was completely renovated in 2015 and has all rooms equipped with free WiFi and cable TV.

We loved everything! It's very close to the main square, and very clean and cozy. The owner/manager was super kind and helpful, willing to come greet us outside check-in hours. We definitely recommend the place!

Hostel Martin is set on the beachfront in Koper, less than 1 km from Koper City Beach and 20 km from San Giusto Castle.

Very friendly and polite owner, she accommodated us even late in the evening and answered all our questions about Slovenian road trips. Also room was clean and comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were stuffed well, a lot of space and beautiful terrace.
