I extended my stay here because I could not see myself going anywhere else (or even leaving the island, if I am being honest). Everything was perfect - from the location (not too close to the buzz, but not far either), the views (nothing beats having morning coffee overlooking the jungle or being minutes away from the beach to enjoy a fruit bowl), the cleanliness (unmatched how the space was kept clean), and even the perks (the daily transport to key spots was a top tier service). I have raved about this place to other backpackers interested in visiting Koh Tao and I don't think I will ever stop.

I was supposed to stay there for 3 days, and I ended up staying for more than a week. I already recommended this hostel to everyone that I met that is planning to come to Koh Tao. My stay was just perfect and I would definitely come back as soon as possible. Amazing staff and owners that make you feel like at home. Best hostel so far.

We stayed here for 4 nights total, and the facilities were all great! Very clean, great air con, and a nice area downstairs to relax. We also did our PADI course with Buddha dive view so it worked really well with transport and all the other details being organised for us. Would highly recommend staying here as the staff and location are excellent!

Beds were comfy, the common area/restaurant is a great opportunity to meet people. The staff is international and very social and accommodating. The owner hosts weekly events like movie nights or bbq, even though it’s a social hostel it wasn’t loud at night. When i first arrived i was handed a towel and allowed to shower, even though I arrived way before my check-in. Daily cleaning of the dorms. Perfect hostel for backpackers or anyone who wants to meet new people!

The owners as so lovely and so helpful. Beds were comfortable and clean and private. Facilities were great. Free tea and coffee and a fridge. Lovely little balcony area and in a great location, close to everything. Everything about this hostel is perfect. Safe and secure too with key fobs to enter the room.

Loved the rooftop and the cinema room! Great location and access to the beach! One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in! Great friendly and helpful staff! Definitely book to stay at this hostel you won’t be disappointed. The private rooms are also really nice too.

Savage is by far the best hostel I’ve stayed in in Thailand. The staff are incredible - always super friendly and helpful and I feel so safe here! The location is incredible and the facilities are unmatched!
