The beds were SUPER comfortable with really nice sheets and blanket, and the capsules had lots of space to store belongings. The lockers are HUGE and it was very convienient to have two lockers per person. The room was quiet, dark, and well air conditioned. I saw lots of reviews saying the lobby wasn't airconditioned during the day, but it was always cold and comfortable when I stayed there. Everything was very clean, showers were really nice too. Location is great with lots of walkable restaurants. I would definately stay here again!

Location was excellent - 5 minute walk to the old town. Super clean and comfortable bunks. Have your own light and charger in each bunk and curtain is pretty black out. The hostel is run by a very kind man and he is very helpful and caring. It is possible to get your laundry done there too.

I absolutely loved this place. I wanted a quiet place in Phuket, and I found it. It's true that it's a bit far from the city center, but if you're looking for peace and quiet, this hostel is the best place. And with a motorbike taxi, you can quickly reach the city center. The manager doesn't speak English, but even though he doesn't speak English, you can feel his hospitality, which is very important to me. The leisure area is great and spacious, and I found it very comfortable. It gives you the feeling of comfort and that you're living in a local's home. There are also some restaurants nearby that you can have local food. When I was there, there were many Thai guests staying there, which I thought was great. The cat, Miaw, is so cute, I wanted to take him home. I recommend it.

We are on a world tour and this was by far the cleanest and most organized hostel we stayed in. Our room, toilet, bathroom, and corridors were extremely clean. We started the day with a wonderful smell of cleanliness every day. The staff was very helpful, always smiling and warm-hearted. We loved this place. We even extended it for 1 more day and didn't want to leave. Definitely choose it. Rabbitel Phuket is a clean, safe and quiet place.

This is the best hostel in Phuket in the old town. I highly recommend for solo travelers. Nearby there are streets for walking and a bus station. It is very comfortable.

The location was perfect .. a short walk to the main cool Old Town streets. The staff were helpful and courteous. The facilities were great including a pool, beer fridge, book swap, kitchen. I had a room to myself which was well equipped although the stairs up to the loft bed were very step .. needed to be very careful going up and down. A really good hostel catering for both backpacker and older traveller which I am one. Felt safe and comfortable there.

Great location as it was really close to the shops and cafes. Hostel itself was really nice and felt super safe. Clean and comfy beds and nice shower and toilet area which never felt busy. A cafe fronts the hostel and it’s really nice, the staff were great and have pictures giving recommendations for Phuket. One staff member was super helpful, writing an allergy card in Thai that we’ve used across Thailand.
