This place truly felt like home - cozy, comfortable, clean, with lots of areas to chill and rest. What made it extra special were the people who worked and volunteered there and the daily yoga and special community events. I found a couple of new dear friends within the first couple of days. The energy feels good and welcoming. Everybody in my room (8 ladies) were also clean and super respectful of the nighttime. Room was cleaned multiple times a day. Amazing food and coffee at the cafe! Can’t wait to come back.

Amanda is the most careful and attentive host i have met in my trip in thailand ! She checked in with me before arriving , making sure my ferry was on time and that transportation from the port was accommodated. The house is absolutely lovely with a cozy common area where you can hang out with the other girls and plan your trip around the island. Amanda also helped us rent scooters and had them delivered to the house without any issues or stress! Purple house is the home away from home and I recommend it to all female solo travellers.

such a great social vibe with a real diverse group of travelers and super friendly owners and staff - dinner before the full moon party was super tasty (the massaman curry was heaven) and the hang out spots around the hostel were inviting - rooms and bed were nice, AC worked well

Nice place! Clean and tidy! Nice staff! They are cleaning toilets, etc. all day long! Well located in Ban Tai area! Just at the beach! Nice young people vibe place! I’ve stayed at a 3bed room - it was comfy and it was good! Just AC is very strong…
