I booked green tour with the owner before I arrived Goreme. He is very very helpful. He gave many suggestion on the balloon view point to me. The facilities are great, amazing kitchen and rooftop terrace that you can overlook Göreme from and even watch the hot air balloons. Most importantly, the staff are incredible! So lovely and helpful. Islam was so helpful when my balloon tour got cancelled multiple times, and even got up with me to make sure I got the bus when I finally did get the tour.
