Enya, the owner, was really helpful especially regarding my trip to Alishan and would message back very quickly! The room and bathroom was really clean. Everything was thought about including aircon and a fan in the room, tea, coffee and even complimentary skin facemasks. The property wasn’t noisy and I liked the location.

The bunk beds are wide and have quiet head space to sit up comfortably. The women-only dorm and washrooms are protected with digital locks, which was extra helpful from the safety pov. The open kitchen and breakfast bar were really great esp if you are trying to catch an early bus to Alishan. The location is quite good by being within walking distance from Chiayi TRA station (TRA and not HSR... I made this mistake)

Hostel make me feel like home and relax, all areas are clean and well maintain. Self check in and checkout is very easy and simple. I booked 2 nights but end up stayed 5 nights

Very close to the train station and there is a Youbike station nearby, so you can easily explore Chiayi by bike. Their is no elevator in the hostel, so try to avoid bringing heavy and big luggage. The staff was very helpful and nice.

This property exceeded our expectation. The area is peaceful and quiet, just a few minutes walk to the National Chung Cheng University (NCCU aka Meteor Garden's Ying De University). The actual unit for rent is spacious and offers great value for your money. Host offers free hot water, coffee and tea. There's a vendo beside the building (noodles, sodas) in case you get hungry. Bed is spacious and comfortable with enough room space for your things. Bathroom is fully equipped, with hot and cold water, furutistic vanity mirror.
